College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC)
College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC) is a free service of the State of North Carolina that helps students plan, apply, and pay for college. CFNC is a partnership of Pathways (the N.C. Department of Public Instruction, N.C. Community Colleges, N.C. Independent Colleges and Universities, and the University of North Carolina), the N.C. State Education Assistance Authority, and College Foundation, Inc.

North Carolina's National College Savings Program (NC 529 Plan)
North Carolina's National College Savings Program is a program of the State of North Carolina, established and maintained by the N.C. State Education Assistance Authority (Authority) as a qualified tuition program under federal tax law, and administered by College Foundation, Inc. (CFI). Current Investment Options are offered by the State Treasurer of North Carolina, State Employees' Credit Union (SECU), and The Vanguard Group, Inc. (Vanguard).
